As a member of our cooperative, you can conveniently book a temporary apartment for your loved ones at favorable conditions.
We have guest apartments with space for up to 5 people in the following areas
Your guests can expect a fully equipped kitchen, towels in the bathrooms, bed linen and of course a TV in each apartment.

Please note that since January 1, 2024, all overnight stays in the city of Chemnitz are additionally subject to an accommodation tax.
in the amount of 5%. The applicable accommodation tax is already included in the accommodation price. Further information can be found on the homepage of the city of Chemnitz.
Our guest apartments can also be booked without a membership up to and including March 2027.
