Modernization at Friedrich-Viertel-Straße 98-106

After completing the modernization of the properties at Friedrich-Viertel-Strasse 111-119 and 121-129 last year, we will turn our attention to the next property from March 2026. With a scheduled construction phase from 03/2026 - 03/2027, we will modernize the building at Friedrich-Viertel-Straße 98-106 and add elevator towers. The aim here is not only to increase comfort and design new floor plans, but above all to invest in modern technical systems, to upgrade the building in terms of energy efficiency and appearance and, of course, to create an even more liveable living environment.
