On 36 m², the needs for security, independence and flexibility are fulfilled here in bright and high-quality furnished living spaces. The apartment has a comfortable living space, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a spacious balcony, which offers room for a dining area and space for relaxation or a plant hobby. In addition to the option of setting up your own kitchen, a washing machine connection is also available in the living rooms.
Living in our low-barrier living space makes it easier to organize your everyday life yourself and can be supplemented by support services in the home.
A Volksolidarität day care center is located directly in the building. The good infrastructural connections also leave nothing to be desired in terms of active and independent living.
