In our daily activities, one motto is at the heart of everything we do: „We make it yours“. Your home is our mission. What does that mean?
We know that a home is not just any room, but a feeling. A feeling of safety, security - a place to feel good. And as is so often the case in life, everyone has their own idea of what this ultimately means. First and foremost, it's about creating a living space that is not only functional and comfortable, but also personal and individual.
We believe that we can create exactly that in our apartments: Your HOME! We have the rooms - you have the idea of what they could look like.
"We'll make it yours" describes a wide range of possibilities for co-design. Floors, walls, bathrooms, kitchens or perhaps even sloping ceilings and beams in

In short, we don't offer "one-size-fits-all" solutions, but individual living solutions.

Apartments that are still undergoing or about to be renovated have a decisive advantage for you: you can sample them yourself! In our showroom, our branch office, you can gain an insight into the variety and quality of our furnishing options. Discover the design options for floors and bathrooms on site. We have a great selection of CV flooring, design flooring and tiles for your bathroom. To help you better imagine the finished living space, we have also set up 2 sample bathrooms for you here. You can also see on site which aids can be installed in bathrooms if you want to make your bathroom more accessible. Balcony glazing and doorbell systems with intercom function can also be viewed here.

In our portfolio you will find a large number of apartments in which you will already find a fitted kitchen.
Not all offers are always online - please contact us so that we can advise you.
However, we also offer you the option of having your new home fitted with a fitted kitchen. Have you found the right apartment and don't want to buy your own kitchen? Then contact us to discuss the installation of a kitchen.
Modern, bright, timeless and equipped with everything a kitchen needs, they leave nothing to be desired. Our kitchens are equipped with everything you need: fridge and freezer, stove, oven, extractor hood and, of course, dishwasher. You pay for your new kitchen with your monthly rent - we take care of the rest.

Attic look
Where the top floor is not always the top floor, but a space full of possibilities and individual design.
A sloping ceiling, an open kitchen and a beamed look - these elements immediately give straightforward architecture a new look. Our attic apartments are a far cry from standardized living solutions and the mainstream. They are truly unique - and not just in the attic.
Whether it's an open kitchen with beams, a beamed look on the balcony or sloping ceilings - we'll build your apartment to suit you. All modules can be selected individually and are tailored to your living requirements. So if you've found an apartment in the right location, but you're missing the finishing touches you need for your home, we can help.
Choose your module. We build it for you and you pay for your individual module conveniently with your rent.
In this case, €5 (on your basic rent) per month will be charged for the beamed look incl. pitched roof and €10 (on your basic rent) per month for the open kitchen with beams.
