The village-like Grüna district is located in the west of Chemnitz. This district is characterized by cosy buildings with exclusively one to three-storey houses. It is located directly in the countryside with the possibility of using tenants' gardens. There are excellent transport connections via the A 4 (Wüstenbrand junction) or the A 72 (Chemnitz-Süd). Bus route 41 provides a public transport connection to the city center, and you can take a direct train from the local train station to Zwickau, Chemnitz or Dresden. Various shopping facilities, such as several supermarkets, can be reached in just a few minutes. The Forsthaus Grüna, the Folklorehof, the Rabenstein reservoir, the Rabenstein climbing forest and the Chemnitz zoo are just a few of the many popular excursion destinations in the area. Kindergarten and elementary school are nearby.
