Your tasks with us:

Management of common property in accordance with the German Condominium Act (WEG)
Preparation of property management accounts and economic plans
Participation in annual financial statements
Organization and implementation of owners' meetings
Implementation of resolutions of the community of owners
Awarding of contracts including acceptance and checking of incoming invoices

Special property management and management of permanent residence contracts

Qualifications

You are just right for your new team if you...

have an apprenticeship as a real estate agent, real estate specialist or a degree with a real estate focus
have already gained experience in WEG management
are customer-oriented, friendly and self-confident
keep an eye on costs and value quality and efficient processes
enjoy open communication and enjoy teamwork
are flexible, like to take on responsibility and get stuck in when it counts
work independently, in a structured and precise manner. Numbers are your thing
confidently use the common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
have a class B driver's license and are mobile
