This affordable and practical furnished studio apartment is ready for immediate move-in.

Among other things, it is furnished with a large wardrobe, a couch, a kitchenette, a bed, and tables and chairs. Several ceiling lights and roller blinds are also already installed. When moving in, you would therefore only need to bring items such as dishes, bedding, appliances, decorative items, and, of course, your personal belongings. For this reason, this apartment is particularly well-suited for people who need to move on short notice or who, for whatever reason, do not want to fully furnish an apartment.

For students, apprentices, interns, and employees using the property as a secondary residence (e.g., commuters), we also offer the option of not having to become a member of our cooperative in this case. Instead of having to pay €1,500 for cooperative shares (+ €30 admission fee), only a security deposit equal to three months’ base rent is required.
