Are you planning a family celebration, a milestone birthday, a cozy get-together or a small private event? The housing cooperative provides its members with function rooms for hire.
There is a suitable property for every event - whether in your own residential area just around the corner or with a large outdoor area in the Markersdorfer Oase park.
Depending on the location, our premises offer space for groups of different sizes and requirements. If you're not sure, feel free to ask us what might suit your event.
By the way: All rooms are equipped with basic facilities such as tables, chairs, a kitchen or kitchenette and sanitary facilities. Whether it's a festive meal, a children's birthday party or a social evening with friends - we have the right ambience for you.
Who can rent?
As a rule, use is exclusively open to members of the cooperative.
What needs to be considered?
This is how the booking works:
Hiring is possible for a small usage fee. Certain terms of use apply, for example regarding volume, cleaning and the duration of the event, which we will of course inform you about in advance. You can collect all the necessary keys from our office in advance.

Please note that capacities are limited and early reservations are recommended, especially on popular dates (e.g. weekends or before public holidays).

OTTO 19
At Otto-Hofmann-Straße 19 there is an event room with space for up to 30 persons, in Markersdorf - North.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher attached to the event room makes preparing your celebration particularly easy. The room is also easily accessible and has a disabled toilet. From the event room, you have access to a spacious balcony and a view of the greenery.
The usage fee is 120 € incl. VAT.
The final cleaning is included.

POINT 19
In the POINT 19 at Alfred-Neubert-Straße 19 will also take place. 30 persons Place.
The special feature here is a large terrace, which is furnished in summer. The location is perfect for barbecues or children's birthday parties. An adjoining, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher is available in the room, making it easy for you to organize.

Meeting place Alfred
In the Alfred-Neubert-Strasse 21 you will find our event room „Treffpunkt Alfred“.
Here you will find space for up to 40 persons.
What makes the room special is the beautiful outdoor area. With access to the spacious terrace, you can enjoy all the benefits in both good and bad weather. The function room is fully equipped and has an adjoining kitchen with dishwasher.

The Knights' Hall
The Knights' Hall on the first floor of Max-Müller-Straße 23 is a beautiful, large, rustically furnished function room with space and crockery for up to 30 persons.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a checkroom and a toilet are also included, as well as access to the beautiful balcony. A sufficient number of parking spaces are available at the house.

Pavilion
The Pavilion is a real highlight as an event room.
As a summer domicile, it is located in the middle of greenery in the Markersdorfer Oase park. In addition to a beautifully landscaped park with a pond, barbecue area and play facilities for children, the party room is equipped with everything your heart desires. An open kitchen with dishwasher, an adjoining terrace and separate toilets make the location cozy and versatile.
This event room can be used from May to September and offers 24 persons Place.

Meeting point Hutholz
In Hutholz you can use the Meeting point HUTHOLZ, Wolgograder Allee 196, is available.
The modern and fully equipped event room offers space for up to 24 persons.
