Did you pull your door open too quickly and lock yourself out? We have a solution for you: Götz Sicherheitsdienst can help! You can leave one of your keys securely with our partner Götz. You can find out the conditions directly from the security service by calling 0371 49040.
📃 Copy service
Do you need copies of important documents? Our office offers you a quick and uncomplicated copying service - without long distances or waiting times.
🏠 Rent guest apartments
Visiting family or friends? Our comfortably furnished guest apartments in Chemnitz offer ideal accommodation - right next to your apartment and at fair prices.
🏬 Event rooms for your events

Going on vacation? We take over the Flower watering service and empty your letterbox regularly, so that you can travel with peace of mind. A small service with a big impact for your safety and well-being.
Emptying the letterbox costs €4/week and watering the flowers costs €8/week.

Tenants recruit tenants
If a new tenant is acquired, both the advertiser and the advertised tenant receive a basic rent waiver for the respective apartment.
The waiver must be applied for before the new tenant starts using the property. The prerequisite is that no tenancy has existed between the new tenant and WG „EINHEIT“ in the last 12 months. The rent waiver is granted after the first three total rents of the new tenant have been paid in accordance with the contract
Owners recruit owners or tenants
If a new tenant or other owner is acquired, the advertiser receives €100. The bonus must be applied for by the time the new tenant moves in or until the transfer of encumbrances and benefits. The prerequisite is that the advertised tenant rents or buys an apartment in the portfolio or in the property management of the „EINHEIT“ flat-sharing community.

Does the service card cost me anything?
No, the service card is free of charge and will be sent to you when you receive your confirmation of membership.
What happens if I have misplaced my service card?
No problem - simply contact our customer center on 0371 52348-0 or Katja Patzenbein, Membership Officer, on 0371 52348-607 and we will issue you with a new service card free of charge.
Who can use the service card?
The service card is non-transferable and can only be used by the member holding it. If the cooperation partner so wishes, the cardholder must present his/her identity card or a similar document in addition to the service card.
What else should you know?
We would like to point out that, as a cooperative, we accept no liability for the services offered or for compliance with the discounts. We reserve the right to make changes. Payment modalities are to be requested from the cooperation partners. We will inform you of any updates to the offers on our homepage.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the use of our service card
Scope of application
These GTC apply to the use of the cooperative's service card. By using the service card, the cardholder accepts these GTC.
Ownership and validity
The service card remains the property of the cooperative and is only valid in conjunction with the identity card. The service card is not transferable and is valid until the end of the membership relationship.
Scope of services
The Cooperative is entitled to extend or restrict the scope of the service card at any time. The services specified in brochure information or similar are non-binding. A legal claim against the cooperative can therefore not be derived.
Presentation of identity card
If the cooperation partner so wishes, the cardholder must present his/her identity card or a similar document in addition to the service card. The cooperation partner is not authorized to record any data other than that printed on the service card if the cardholder does not wish this.
Liability and warranty
By handing over the service card, the cooperative assumes no liability or guarantee for the services of the facilities mentioned. In addition, the relevant terms and conditions of use apply to the use of these facilities. If it is no longer possible to grant the card benefits to the cardholders, the customers shall have no claim to the granting of the benefits. Claims for damages are excluded.
Termination of membership
Upon termination of membership, the customer's entitlement under the aforementioned points shall also end. If the contractual relationship with a cooperation partner is ongoing, the obligation to inform the customer about the termination of membership shall be incumbent on the customer.
Changes to the terms of use
The Cooperative is entitled to amend these terms of use at any time for objective reasons. By continuing to use the service card, the cardholder acknowledges these changes.
Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provisions shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provisions. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of performance and jurisdiction is the registered office of the cooperative.
