Why do you need a locker?

There are things that are simply better kept in a safe deposit box than at home: valuable jewelry, coins, but also important documents. Things that are difficult or impossible to replace and are not needed frequently or spontaneously.

To keep these valuables safe, we offer lockers in the building next door to our branch at Alfred-Neubert-Straße 17. For this purpose, we have acquired the locker facility formerly belonging to Sparkasse Chemnitz.

Do you want to rent a locker?

Would you like to rent a locker and keep your valuables safe? Then you've come to the right place. Sign a contract with us to rent a locker. All you have to do is decide what size the locker should be and when you want to start using it. We will then coordinate the contract with you and give you an introduction to the system and explain the access and security mechanisms. Please get in touch with us at the office or directly with our colleagues from the Customer Service team. You will find their contact details at the bottom of this page.

When can I get my valuables?

Access to the lockers is possible during our business hours (Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 noon).

You can also set up a power of attorney for a person you trust. This requires a joint appointment with you, the authorized representative and us.

What does a locker cost?

The lockers are rented on an annual basis. The rental price depends on the size of the locker. Differences in size and price result from the height of the locker.
