Our premises in beautiful Altchemnitz are well connected, well laid out and really anything but ordinary. Here we have created a place where you can not only breathe history. It's also a place where there are virtually no limits to your creative freedom. Living, working and living - you can unfold your potential here. Design your personal environment so that it suits you. With flair, functionality and a little patina - we have the basis. With ideas, imagination and the right amount of madness, we (you) break the chains of normality and create your space.
The cozy 3-room apartments are located in the founding quarter of our cooperative. They are thus part of the starting point of our history and that of so many people who have created an area with strength, hard work and a sense of community. Characterized by old buildings and lovely outdoor facilities, it has continued to develop into an area that is absolutely worth living in. The good connection to the university campus, the garden city flair and a pleasant proximity to the city center not only make the area an exciting place to live, but also make it super easy for you to access art and culture in the city of Chemnitz. And there's plenty to discover even after the Capital of Culture year 2025. That's a promise.
What else we can promise you: You can let your creativity run wild within your own four walls. Admittedly, the possibilities for individual design are limited in most apartments - but not here. No two apartments are the same and there are individual treasures from the past to discover in each one. There are virtually no limits to your imagination. Whether you design your walls, paint your floor, work on your doors or cover the tiles in the bathroom - you can do it here. With a basic rent of between 3.50€/m² and 4.50 €/m² you also have the leeway to do so. And the best thing is, when you move out, you just leave it as it is. We'll take care of the rest.
Of course, we make sure that you can live comfortably in all apartments. Bathrooms, connections and electrics are always our responsibility 😉
As we furnish all apartments individually, it is best to ask us about the available options or browse through our apartment search. You can find these offers on Erdmannsdorfer Straße and Annaberger Straße. Apartments from this project can also be rented without a membership.
