Election announcement for the election of representatives and substitute representatives to the Representatives' Assembly

Ladies and Gentlemen,

This year, in accordance with Section 31 (6) of the Articles of Association of WG “EINHEIT” eG Chemnitz, the new election of representatives and substitute representatives for the Representatives' Meeting will take place.

The election committee has decided to hold a postal vote. You will receive the election documents with this letter. We have also summarized all the necessary information for conducting the election on the enclosed sheet.

Please send us the election letter

by April 21, 2026 at the latest

to. You can hand in your election letter (postage-paid envelope) at the office at Alfred-Neubert-Straße 17, 09123 Chemnitz or post it in the letterbox, use any WG letterbox in the residential areas or send it free of charge by Deutsche Post AG (please only use it for the election!).

Please be sure to use the white ballot letter (postage-paid envelope) for submission, otherwise your vote will be invalid.

The Board of Directors of WG “EINHEIT” eG Chemnitz has the duty to make decisions in accordance with § 35 of the Articles of Association of WG "EINHEIT" eG Chemnitz in the interests and on behalf of all members.
