Our activities are as diverse as our portfolio of apartments and the needs of our approximately 6,540 members. With a clear focus on quality, reliability and customer proximity, we ensure that cooperative housing is not just a promise. As a young and growing company, we specialize in offering the members of WG „EINHEIT“ a fast, flexible and reliable service. While the customer focus of many other providers often ends with the provision of an apartment, our mission begins right there: We are actively committed to continuously improving the quality of life of our tenants and members and providing them with the best possible service.
Our success is based on our dedicated teams working in a wide variety of trades - from painters and carpenters to HVAC experts (heating, ventilation, plumbing) to electrical and housekeeping professionals.
