General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the use of our service card
Scope of application
These GTC apply to the use of the cooperative's service card. By using the service card, the cardholder accepts these GTC.
Ownership and validity
The service card remains the property of the cooperative and is only valid in conjunction with the identity card. The service card is not transferable and is valid until the end of the membership relationship.
Scope of services
The Cooperative is entitled to extend or restrict the scope of the service card at any time. The services specified in brochure information or similar are non-binding. A legal claim against the cooperative can therefore not be derived.
Presentation of identity card
If the cooperation partner so wishes, the cardholder must present his/her identity card or a similar document in addition to the service card. The cooperation partner is not authorized to record any data other than that printed on the service card if the cardholder does not wish this.
Liability and warranty
By handing over the service card, the cooperative assumes no liability or guarantee for the services of the facilities mentioned. In addition, the relevant terms and conditions of use apply to the use of these facilities. If it is no longer possible to grant the card benefits to the cardholders, the customers shall have no claim to the granting of the benefits. Claims for damages are excluded.
Termination of membership
Upon termination of membership, the customer's entitlement under the aforementioned points shall also end. If the contractual relationship with a cooperation partner is ongoing, the obligation to inform the customer about the termination of membership shall be incumbent on the customer.
Changes to the terms of use
The Cooperative is entitled to amend these terms of use at any time for objective reasons. By continuing to use the service card, the cardholder acknowledges these changes.
Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provisions shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provisions. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of performance and jurisdiction is the registered office of the cooperative.

Yes, the booking period can be extended by the day or as a lump sum. Just get in touch with us.
How long can I book for?
From 14 to 30 days, you can book for an all-inclusive price. The rental period can of course be extended individually.

From a booking period of 14 days, you benefit from our long-term conditions.

Does the service card cost me anything?
No, the service card is free of charge and will be sent to you when you receive your confirmation of membership.
What happens if I have misplaced my service card?
No problem - simply contact our customer center on 0371 52348-0 or Katja Patzenbein, Membership Officer, on 0371 52348-607 and we will issue you with a new service card free of charge.
Who can use the service card?
The service card is non-transferable and can only be used by the member holding it. If the cooperation partner so wishes, the cardholder must present his/her identity card or a similar document in addition to the service card.
What else should you know?
We would like to point out that, as a cooperative, we accept no liability for the services offered or for compliance with the discounts. We reserve the right to make changes. Payment modalities are to be requested from the cooperation partners. We will inform you of any updates to the offers on our homepage.
