Our housing cooperative with over 6,000 residential units, a dynamic environment and a proud 6,700 members offers you the opportunity to actively shape digital real estate marketing together with your team and contribute new ideas.
These are your tasks - creative, digital and strategic:
- You decide which apartments need to be prepared for marketing - with a strategic view of our portfolios.
- You prepare exposés, online portals and our digital external presentation for our products.
- You create Photos, videos and social media content, which presents our apartments and our company in an authentic way.
- You develop creative content for our social media channels - from idea to publication.
- You actively contribute trends, new formats and digital ideas to the team.
Ideally, you bring this with you:
✔ A good feeling for the Chemnitz housing market
✔ A keen sense of aesthetics, details and image composition
✔ Experience with photography and/or videography - preferably in the real estate sector
✔ Social media is for you not a pastime, but a tool, that you specifically
uses
✔ You work independently, in a structured manner and think in a solution-oriented way
