  • the management of projects with a focus on building services in our portfolio of over 6,000 apartments in Chemnitz;
  • helping to shape strategic concepts for innovative, sustainable building development and
  • complete process responsibility - from planning and support during tendering procedures through to billing control.

Qualifications

You are just right for your new team if ...

  • you have a passion for (residential) buildings, have completed a relevant training course (master craftsman, technician, engineer, master's graduate, expert) or simply already have a lot of experience with building services.
  • you enjoy solving technical challenges and are not intimidated by complexity.
  • you are not completely indifferent to the cost of solving the problem.
  • you enjoy working in a great team.
