• you will carry out general maintenance, inspection and installation work in the field of heating and sanitation;
• repair and maintenance work is also part of your daily routine;
• Replacement of heat meters, water meters, and heat cost allocators;
• renovate bathrooms in our portfolio and support the conversion of empty apartments;
• you carry out age-appropriate and disabled-friendly bathroom conversions;
• Ensuring readiness in the event of an emergency;
• other varied tasks await you.
