  • Assumption of all tasks for the fulfillment of traffic safety obligations
  • Control of order and cleanliness in the buildings and outdoor facilities
  • Repair acceptance, order placement, implementation control, invoice control
  • Checking, adjusting and cleaning work on building services equipment
  • Inspection and securing of empty apartments
  • Execution of operationally necessary, minor manual work
  • Control and support during maintenance work
  • Contact in the event of an accident
  • Management of correspondence in the area of responsibility

  • are proficient in MS Office programs Word and Excel
  • preferably have practical experience in the housing industry and are familiar with the housing industry ERP system (WODIS)

  • are cost-conscious and customer-oriented
  • Flexibility and resilience
