The Hutholz neighborhood is located about 5 KM from the city center, in the south of Chemnitz. The location of the new development, with its fantastic view of the Ore Mountains, gave the residential complex its name. The green surroundings, with their predominantly single-family homes, convey a sense of spaciousness. The Hutholz neighborhood is located in the southern part of Chemnitz. Hutholz can be reached via Stollberger Straße or the Südring/Wolgograder Allee. The Chemnitz-Süd interchange provides good access to the A 72.
