We invite you to a family hike on September 27
Once again this year, our housing cooperative invites you to the popular family hike, a highlight in our calendar of events. Originally created as a small offshoot of the legendary Fichtelberg March, this event focuses on the joy of exercise. Being out in the fresh air with the family, taking part in sporting activities and experiencing the community - that's what our family hike is all about.
We combine fun and sport with a good cause: every kilometer run and the entry fee of €5.00 per person (children accompanied by an adult take part free of charge) go directly towards supporting a charitable association. In this way, our dedicated walkers make a valuable contribution to social causes. Discover below where the support is going this year.
The hiking route
The personal fitness coach Marcus Müller has chosen a beautiful but challenging route through the Sternmühltal valley.
Start is 10:00 am at the Adelsbergturm parking lot. With approx. 12 kilometers the moderately difficult hike leads through the forest into the Sternmühltal valley to the starting point. A refreshment point awaits you along the way so that you can reach the finish strengthened. And of course, all successful participants will receive a certificate and the coveted WG „EINHEIT“ finisher pin as an award.
