The Hutholz neighborhood is located about 5 KM from the city center, in the south of Chemnitz. The location of the new development, with its fantastic view of the Ore Mountains, gave the residential complex its name. Hutholz can be reached via Stollberger Straße or the Südring/Wolgograder Allee. The Chemnitz-Süd interchange provides good access to the A 72. To reach the city center quickly, you can use the nearby stops for tram lines 4 and 5, as well as bus lines 52 and N15 (night service). Bus line 59 takes you to Neefepark, line 39 to Klaffenbach, and line 26 to the Schönau neighborhood. For your children, there is a daycare center and a private elementary school within walking distance in the residential area. A medical center is also available for basic healthcare. You’ll find shops in the Wolgo-Passage, the Kaufland Center, and the VITA-CENTER. Public transportation is just a few minutes’ walk away.
